Welcome to Rhino Roofing. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read these Terms carefully before using our services. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Rhino Roofing provides residential and commercial roofing services, including but not limited to:

  • Roof inspections and estimates

  • Roof repairs and maintenance

  • New roof installations

  • Roof replacement services

  • Emergency roofing services

3. Eligibility

To use our services, you must:


Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
Have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract
Provide accurate and complete information when requesting services

4. Estimates and Quotes

  • All estimates provided are valid for 60 days from the date of issue

  • Estimates are based on the information available at the time of inspection

  • Final pricing may vary if additional work or materials are discovered during the project

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or modify estimates based on site conditions, safety concerns, or other factors

5. Service Agreement and Payment Terms

  • A written service agreement will be provided before work begins

  • Payment terms will be outlined in your specific service agreement

  • We may require a deposit before commencing work

  • Final payment is due upon completion of work unless otherwise agreed in writing

  • Late payments may be subject to interest charges as permitted by law

6. Warranties and Guarantees

Our Workmanship Warranty:

  • We provide a workmanship warranty on all completed roofing projects (timeframe specified in your service agreement)

  • This warranty covers defects in our installation and workmanship

  • Warranty claims must be reported promptly and in writing


Manufacturer Warranties:

  • Roofing materials come with manufacturer warranties separate from our workmanship warranty

  • We will provide information about applicable manufacturer warranties

  • Manufacturer warranty claims must be processed according to the manufacturer's terms


Warranty Exclusions:

  • Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or third parties

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage resulting from improper maintenance or modifications not performed by us

  • Issues arising from pre-existing conditions not disclosed or discovered during inspection

7. Cancellation and Rescheduling

  • Service appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with 72 hours notice

  • Deposits may be non-refundable or subject to cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule work due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances

8. Property Access and Safety

  • You grant us permission to access your property for the purpose of providing roofing services

  • We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property during work

  • We are not responsible for damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property features that may be unavoidably affected during roofing work

  • You are responsible for removing or protecting personal property in work areas

  • We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our work

9. Changes to Services

We reserve the right to:

  • Modify our service offerings without prior notice

  • Update our pricing, policies, and procedures

  • Discontinue certain services or materials based on availability or business decisions

10. SMS/Text Messaging and A2P Compliance

10.1 SMS Consent and Opt-In

 

By providing your mobile phone number and opting in to receive text messages, you expressly consent to receive SMS/text messages from Rhino Roofing, which may include:

  • Appointment reminders and confirmations

  • Project status updates

  • Service-related notifications

  • Promotional offers and marketing messages (if you opt in)

  • Customer service communications

  • Emergency notifications related to your project

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

10.2 Message Frequency and Charges

 

Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services. You may receive up to 10 messages per month for promotional content, and additional transactional messages as needed for active projects. Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's plan.

 

10.3 Opt-Out and HELP Information

  • To stop receiving text messages, reply STOP to any message from us

  • To get help, reply HELP to any message or contact us at 501-813-9009

  • After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming your opt-out

  • You can also opt out by contacting us at arrhinoroofing@gmail.com

  • Opting out of promotional messages will not affect service-related notifications for active projects

 

10.4 A2P Compliance and Data Sharing

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties except:

  • Subcontractors in support services (such as customer service) - permitted only for service delivery

  • Our SMS service provider for message delivery purposes only

 

We comply with all applicable regulations regarding Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging, including:

  • 10DLC registration requirements

  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act) compliance

  • Carrier-specific guidelines and filtering requirements

  • The Campaign Registry (TCR) registration standards

10.5 SMS Data Retention

 

We retain SMS opt-in consent records and message logs as required by law and carrier regulations, typically for a minimum of 4 years to demonstrate compliance with TCPA and A2P requirements.

You agree to indemnify and hold Rhino Roofing harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Any false or misleading information you provide

  • Your failure to disclose known property conditions or hazards

14. Dispute Resolution

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Arkansas.

Dispute Resolution Process:

  • Initial disputes should be directed to our customer service team

  • If unresolved, parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation

  • Any legal action must be brought in the courts of Saline County, Arkansas

15. Insurance and Licensing

Rhino Roofing maintains:

  • General liability insurance

  • Workers' compensation insurance (where required)

  • All necessary state and local licenses and permits

15. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your property and roofing needs

  • Disclose any known issues, hazards, or special conditions

  • Ensure safe access to your property for our crew

  • Obtain any necessary HOA approvals or permits (if applicable)

  • Make timely payments according to agreed terms

  • Allow us reasonable access to complete the work

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Natural disasters

  • Government restrictions or regulations

  • Material or labor shortages

  • Public health emergencies

18. Privacy and Data Collection

Your use of our website and services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and use your information as described in that policy, including how we handle SMS/text messaging data in compliance with A2P regulations.
